Kim amazingly lost 70 pounds of body weight by adhering to the special Atkin diet. The diet limited her to eating only 40 g of carbs every day. ARIANA GRANDE

Grammy Award winning singer, Ariana Grande is a popular American songwriter, and actress who made a mark in the entertainment industry through her powerful vocals, signature high ponytail, sleek winged liner, and chart-buster music. Let's just say that Ariana Grande is just as health-conscious as she's melodious. She left her non-vegetarian lifestyle to adopt veganism in 2013. Her daily diet includes smoothies, salads, brown rice and stir-fried veggies.

Ariana begins her day with smoothies, which are complemented with oatmeal every now and then. Her lunches are mainly salads, which she often complements with either a soy latte or tea. She says that her wholesome diet is what gets her through her busy days as a mum and business-owner: “I expect a lot from my body,” she said. “And I’m never sick. You have to be kind to your body if you expect a lot from it.”

Part of her concencrations according to Hello magazine, is the avoidance of tea and coffee in the morning. She replaces those with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach followed by some warm lemon water before she drinks or eats anything.

She eats mainly vegetables, fish, and tons of avocados and nuts. The telegram reported that she consumes three to four avocados daily to keep her skin glowing especially because avocados are rich in antioxidants like vitamins C and E.

Victoria Beckham works out at least twice a day every day for at least two hours. Her personal trainer, Bobby Rich revealed that “Victoria treats training like brushing her teeth –it’s something she wants and has to do and it sets her up for the day. It’s just part of her lifestyle."
